So I've gotten several requests for Cake decorating classes and I found a free place with seats and tables.... now, where should I start?

Any ideas? any place I can find a link on what to do first? I want to go even on tips to bake, level, crumb coat...

Thanks

I would go along the same guidelines as Wilton's.

First teach about baking. And all the tricks that go along with it.
Then making buttercream icing, making smooth icing on a cake, filling a frosting bag, using tips etc.

Then move into fondant basics. Covering cakes, making bows, using cookie cutter tools etc.
