So I just pulled it out for the first time this week, I also have the Linda McClure DVDs, bought it as a package. I've followed step by step, from beginning with gumpaste until end with trying to cut....but it won't cut! It loads through the silhouette when I hit print and the page just goes back and forth (so I don't feel it's the driver not being recognized or it wouldn't do ANYTHING when I hit print) but the little blade housing unit doesn't go back and forth to do the actual cutting...anyone have any experience?

FWIW, I'm trying to cut Happy Birthday in words.

I got it figured out! I was desperate, so I called the number on her website, which listed another number, called that one, and her husband answered and she helped me out! They're in the car for 2 days so she talked me through a few things on her cell phone. She was super nice and helpful, how awesome!

And I didn't actually think I'd do anything other than leave a message.

So now it's cutting and it is AWESOME! First time using it and the cuts are perfect!
