How much do you guys charge for decorated cupcakes for a wedding? The bride wants 125 cupcakes with flower decorations and a small top tier. Help!!

Prices will vary depending on your location, but, my cupcakes are $1.50 per cupcake. Any fondant toppers are between an extra $.25, to $2 per cupcake! a simple flower would probably run about $1 per flower, so $2.50 per cupcake. For the topper, I charge $20 for a six in BC, $30 for fondant.

It depends a lot on the design, the quality of ingredients, if those special designer wrappers are used, and of course your location and local market.
