Need Help/ideas On Making A Dirt Bike Cake!!

My boyfriends birthday is June 12 (VERY SOON) and I wanted to surprise him with a dirt bike themed cake. Hes very plain when it comes to taste white cake with chocolate icing. I need something to make the dirt out of that blends taste wise with white cake and chocolate icing. Any ideas?
