Hi,

I only make kosher "pareve" (nondairy) cakes. The Wilton candy melts are dairy. Is there a pareve substitute? Thanks.

I used to work at a Jewish Bakery and there IS!! I am wracking my trying to remember the brands. Dark Chocolate is what we used on regular chocolate dipped treats. Bing or Google search for kosher white chocolate substitute, things should pop up.... it melted in the microwave and hardened all the same. Good luck, sorry I can't remember the name.
