Can I cover my cakes in the fridge for a couple of days if I wrap them in plastic wrap? I hope it is ok because I already did this and Its for a wedding cake. Its pillsbury white cake mix. just hoping it wont dry it out to bad....

It would be much better to freeze them. Wrap in a couple layers of plastic wrap, then a layer of foil and they'll be perfect. Refrigeration is likely to dry them out, particularly if they're not fully iced.

agree 100% with coral. When thawing them, leave them wrapped as they thaw on your counter. Cakes only take anywhere from 15-40 minutes to thaw, depending on the size, so you don't have to plan to take them out of the freezer too long in advance.
