Does anyone out there have any good recipies for a chocolate or fudge filling? Or any fillings that would go good with a chocolate cupcake.

Alot of people use chocolate buttercream or ganache to fill cupcakes. If you are looking for something other than chocolate, I have a ding dong type filling that is OH SO NUMMY! In fact, I just made a cake for my anniversary with it. It is my husband's favorite. It is a recipe from AllRecipies. I use my own recipe for chocolate cake and ganache, but this filling.
