Has anyone used the Wilton Snow White Butter Cream recipe? I have a 50th wedding anniversary cake to do and I'm doing wedding cake style and was thinking of using this instead of the regular butter cream. Any advise would be appreciated, this will be my first large cake and wan't it to be pretty and yummy!

I use it all the time! Alot of my customers prefer it over traditional butter cream because it is much sweeter. I use light corn syrup to thin it to whatever consistency I need. HTH!
