Hello, I was asked to make a cake shaped like a catfish for a grooms cake for a wedding in september, I was looking thru the galleries and found some great looking ones. I have never made a carved cake, but I don't like to say no to clients, first time for everything right? So, I was wondering if you could give me some tips/tutorials on how to make such a cake
