Where To Buy A Taller Cake Holder?

Been making cakes for a couple of years now just for fun. Almost always use 8x4 pans making 4 layers. My problem is my cake holder is almost 6 inches tall and hits the top of my cakes. For the cake I attached here I had to leave the bow off until presenting the cake.
So where can I buy a taller cake holder, I would like about 10 inches tall.
I've done a Google search with no luck. If I can't buy one I plan on cutting my holder and extending the height but would rather buy one.
Thanks
I haven't found one yet. I do have two Cupcake Courriers, and you can take the three cupcake trays out and use just the flat bottom for smaller cakes. The domed lid gives about 10" clearance when the trays are removed. If you find one, please let us know where.
I would use the taller baker boxes available at places like
http://www.brpboxshop.com/
They have some that are 10 inches tall I believe.
