I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out why the frosting sheet/image develops condensation on it when I place the image on a brownie iced with chocolate and then the image.

The brownies are stored at room temperature in a tight container in a dry area. after 2 days, condensation forms on the picture and the picture blurs.

I have had a similar problem with them being placed on cupcakes too.
i think it's because the cakes and brownies are moist. If I exposed it to air the condensation dissappears after an hours or so.

I dont want the cakes and brownies to dry out so i like to keep them in a container.

Please help if you have any tips to avoid this problem for me.

Thanks

You are exactly right the moisture is trapped in the container causing the condensation. Try opening the container periodically to let some of the moisture escape
