hi josefina, i recently made a pirate ship cake (see my gallery) loosely following the directions i found in debbie brown's book, enchanted cakes. maybe your library or local bookstore has it? perhaps a CC member could scan the pages to send to you? i'm at work, or else i would send it to you myself.
found this hope it helps, just find pics of cakes in a search and look at them, see how they are done, and some even have tutorials on them
