Are any of you having the problem with customers ordering cakes with Fondant? I for the life of me can't get my customers to order fondant covered cakes. It doesn't matter what fondant I let them taste. I explain to them that I cover the cakes with buttercream first but they won't budge.
I truly like the look of the fondant cake soooo much better than just buttercream. I can do so much more with fondant. So I usually can talk them into letting me do fondant accents.
