I have incredibly hot hands, like they stay warm in the winter unless they get wet. I've been doing these cupcake bouquets and just as i get into a good rythum my buttercream gets too warm! My cake room stays pretty cool (63-66 degrees), i'm constantly cooling my icing, anyone have any tricks?

Have you tried having several bags, that way you can use one for a few minutes, pick up another one and use it, then switch out. You can set the one you aren't using in the fridge or on an ice pack.

if you youtube serious cakes you can see one of her ideas for solving this problem. You still have to stop for a little but it should still help. She basically freezes some water in a pie pan (or something of the like) then sets the bags on the ice in between uses.
Hope this helps a little!
