Has anyone used an airbrushing machine on cakes? Is it a good buy? yay or nay. would love to hear your thoughts, which brand etc

I am not exactly sure how they work or the different ones you get

I would have to say yes it is a good buy. With airbrushing you can get different shades of coloring and depths on your cake that you can't get with just fondant or buttercream. I brought mine from
