I am thinking of adding 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cups sour cream, and 4 eggs instead of 3 eggs to a cake mix plus a small box of pudding to increase the amount of batter by at least 2 cups. Or does someone know of a recipe I can do with a cake mix to increase the batter at least 2 more cups? Thanks

check in the recipe section for the WASC recipe (white almond sour cream) this is an extender recipe that is very popular and looks pretty much the same as you have listed. HTH
