Does anyone happen to have the 2011 Wilton Pattern Book?

If you do, could you be a dear and scan the Communion Bible Pattern and email it to me (I can private message you my email address)?

The pattern book is sold out on Wilton's website, sold out in my local craft stores and it doesn't pay to order it off of ebay and/or amazon when the patterns will be available for free in a month or two (but I need to make the girl communion cake in a few weeks)!
