in coconut goop and chocolate icon_smile.gif

I made an Almond Joy Cake for my bff. From the bit I tasted of the cake part from the cut pieces, and the bits of coconut goop I tried from the bowl, and the chocolate, this cake is gonna rock!!!

But the coconut was a pain to put on. I think next time around i'm going to roll it out sandwiched between two pieces of greased wax paper. That stuff was sticky!

That's a really pretty cake!! You did a great job!

But what I'm most excited about is all that coconut/chocolate goodness on the inside...oh my!! It looks delicious. LOL icon_lol.gif
