Simple box mix baked several times before. today they turned out different shades one nice an brown the other light yellow ??? WHY icon_eek.gif

Could have been your eggs. I have found out lately that a lot of the time when things get wiggy - the eggs did it.

OH, it seems like most of the crusting stuck to the pan, i don't think i used to much dusting flour /grease on the pan.. But it was my first time using the even strips. I hope they notice it when it's cut today..Talk about reputation my sister-friend is taking it to a repass..
