I had seen on Cake Challenge that a decorator had made Coral with Royal Icing in the Microwave . I can't remember how they did it . If any one can help me it would be great.

Hi, I remember seeing Cake Boss making some coral by melting Isomalt, coloring it and pouring it over ice cubes, it looked fantastic...I wish I knew how to post links on here but I'm only new to this and haven't worked it out yet....but, go to the "How do I?" forum and somebody has posted the instructions to the royal icing method you are referring to...I think the post it titled "new way to make royal icing coral" or something along those lines....good luck!
