Ok, I have a request for a chocolate cake, with a chocolate cream cheese filling. They don't want a cream cheese icing, they want something really chocolatey because the person it is for does not like cream cheese. ( i know strange to order it when the person doesn't even like it) So i was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a chocolate crem cheese filling that doesn't have a strong cream cheese taste or if you can make like a chocolate cream cheese ganash type of thing??? Please help!?
