I was asked for this to fill a wasc. I was going to use whipped cream and crushed strawberries (and a little sugar)to do this, just wondering if someone has a better recipe.

You can stabilize your whipped cream with a little piping gel. It really helps. I don't use anything artificial, so this works well for me.
