Can anyone tell me how to do a fondant inlay?

It's pretty easy, the Wilton link has a great visual tutorial. I have also done it by using 2 color fondants. For the windows on my fire truck, I put on the gray, then the white over it, and cut away the white for the windows. I just applied water around the window area where I wanted the white to stay, and not to the part I cut away.
