Banana Cream Filling From Banana Yogurt?

I could use some advice: I have a friend who wants her child's first birthday cake to be banana, with a banana cream filling. She wants me to use a organic banana yogurt for the cream. And ideas as to what to add to the yogurt to make it a tasty cream filling?
I love to follow recipes - not so good at coming up with them on my own. Thanks for all your assistance!!
I would try adding instant banana pudding or vanilla pudding. I'm not sure if they make an organic pudding though
You would add it dry. Does she want the yogurt filling because she wants the cake to be healthy? If that's the case I'm not sure what thickener to use. I think straight yogurt would be way too soft.
She wants to avoid any milk in the cream, for reasons I'm not sure I totally understand. But other dairy is fine. That's why I was really stumped on this one.
