3D semi as the cake, his name can be the "company" that is on the side of the truck. on the back where there are always numbers, you can incorporate the 40. the "tagline" can say, "________'s rollin' into his forties!" or "Honk if you're forty and funny."

You could add a little semi on the road.
She recently did it again for my dad & added some more detailed signs. "Depends Parking" "Blind Curve Ahead" a little caution sign with a man crossing with a walker. Wish we had got pics of that one! [/url]
