Help- Tone Down Sweetness Of Ganache!

Oops! I accidentally bought sweetened choc and made my ganache with that instead of semi sweet. It is much too sweet. Besides making more with unsweetened and mixing them, is there anything I can do to tone it down?

I think thats going to be your only option, or just go buy the semi sweet chocolate and make a new batch, use the sweetened one to make truffles and coat them in cocoa powder.. HTH
