Not sure what issue you are having, what exactly are you trying to do?

Well it suppose to be the second tier it suppose to start small from bottom and works it way up but it curves out.

That's something you'll have to carve out. If I'm understanding you correctly.

As I understand the directions, it is carved. I have never tried this myself, but it's on my to-try list!! Good luck!

I wanted to try this also, but I didn't quite understand the tutorial so I scrapped the idea.
