I use:
1c shortening
8c of powdered sugar
2tbs of vanilla
1/2-1c of melted Callebaut chocolate (depending on how chocolaty you want it)
and hot water, to reach desired consistency.

I use the recipe right off of the Hershey's Cocoa can for Perfectly Chocolate Chocolate Frosting. It's yummy, easy to make and crusts for smoothing.
