I have made shoes before. This time I am looking to make a closed shoe that looks very real. Does anyone know how or can direct me to a link or tutorial?

One possibility would be to come up with a shoe last - those wooden things they make shoes around. My sister-in-law used to have a small shoe factory, and when she closed it she had a bunch of these left over. I wasn't doing cakes then, so I didn't ask for any, more's the pity, because I have no idea where else to go for one! Maybe you could make one out of something like RKTs? These are scatterbrained ideas, I know, but I love fondant shoes and would really like to see you succeed!
