Hi!
I've been asked to make a wedding cake for a couple from Chile. I live in Taiwan and don't have access to some things. Has anyone made a copihues flower that could give me some hints? I think I can get the right shape of petals and such, but how to let it dry? I also have to make a condorito and yayita topper if anyone has any ideas there... I had never heard of any of these things, so just fumbling along.
Thanks!

Thanks for the pictures, auzzi! I had seen most of those in my google searches, but I hadn't come across the wedding one. That will help a lot. I've already made condorito, but will probably add the top hat for him, as well. The wedding dress will be perfect.
