Does white chocolate ganache firm up as well as a milk or dark chocolate ganache??? So far, I've only used the dark chocolate under fondnat , but what to try white chocolate soon. Thanks in advance!
I just used it last week and it was delicious and firm! I used a 3:1 ratio for the recipe.
