I was wondering the best way to get my gum paste figures to have color. Do I do them in all white and then paint them. Like sponge bob for example? And what do you use to paint them with if this is the case?

You can do it that way if you like...just paint them with gel colours (mixed with alcohol) to make it fluid. Or colour your gumpaste before you make your figure.
