I have a 5 tier wedding cake this weekend. I have all of the flowers made. Gumpaste roses, stephanotis, and silk orchids. I will be assembeling part of the cake on site. The flowers that will be placed on the side of the cake, would you wire those in groups in advance? I'm not exactly sure how they will fit until the cake is completely assembled. Would it be better to just insert the flowers individually when I arrive at the site? How do you do it?
