How do you all create a carved look for the top of your Giant cupcake??...
I want to make a cake like this..........Sorry i can't insert image!!

You can buy a giant cupcake tin from Wilton. If you want to carve, it's easier to chill your cake first. I'm no expert at carving cakes,but I found this. Maybe it'll be useful.

the book, Planet Cake, also has a whole section on giant cupcakes so that could also be worth a look.
