I usually charge $80 for a full sheet cake which feeds about 96 people but I called a local bakery and found out they only charge $54.99. They're an actual bakery. not a walmart or grocery store. Am I charging too much? How much do you guys usually charge?

108 to start. But I will only do them in addition to decorated cakes. I'm not a big fan of sheet cakes.

I also hate sheet cakes! I wonder if they can sell for so cheap because they use a shortening based buttercream? Is it cheaper to make that?
