Agree with you about the pain of making cake truffles.
I just finished 500 of them last week. My daughter sells them to raise money to go to Brazil on mission trips. Every year I raise the prices, keep selling about the same amount of them. People just can't get enough of them.
Had at least five people contact me to ask if I have any more 'laying around' that they could buy them because the kids/ husband/ room mate ate them all.
So, guess where I was today?
Yep. rolling more cake balls.
Oh, and my daughter wants a candy buffet at her wedding. She hasn't even met her intended yet.
