Hi all,
New to forum...bear with me!
I have a 3 tier MMF wedding cake to deliver this afternoon, I'm just wondering how soon I can deliver it. I'm not worried about it tipping or falling, bottom two tiers are dummy, only top is real. My only real concern is the chocolate pudding filling being out for the length of time. Reception guests are to arrive at 5pm, but I have another appointment today from 1-3, and it's an hour drive... Am I okay to deliver/assemble at 11 am? Reason being that I have lots of fragile RI snowflakes to apply to the cake, and I'm not wanting to chance putting them on ahead of delivery as any bumps in the drive might break them...

Any feedback would be wonderfully appreciated!
Thanks a million!

This is why you don't use chocolate pudding as filling in a wedding cake.

Hope your delivery went well.
