Does anyone in Australia have a quality packet cake mix that they use? I have a lovely fudgy recipe that I love using, but I am getting asked for more and more cakes and this is not "bomb proof" and is also expensive to make. Any suggestions much appreciated.

I use the Bakels mississippi mad cake mix which you can get from cake stores and some gourmet stores (Dijon Foods in Castle Hill or Caringbah sells it at a good price) and I've never had it fail on me.
You can get it in 15kg bags if you are going to use it a lot, or they usiualy repackage it in 500g or 1kg mixes.
