if i just needed a little of royal icing would i just use i egg white and about a cup and 3/4 of powder sugar?? would that be right????

This is the smallest recipe I have, try cutting it in half.
2 Cups powder sugar
3 T egg white
1 T water
1 t flavoring

I never measure. Throw one egg white in the mixer bowl. Add powdered sugar until it's the right consistency. Add a drop or two of acid (lemon juice.)

No washing of a measuring cup needed.
