in Sugar cookies?

Well I just about did the other day! I accidentally must have skipped over the sugar when I was beating the butter. My little sister was trying some of the dough and she said it didn't taste right, so I tried and sure enough it didn't taste right. It tasted kind of boring, like I had left the vanilla out or something.
I was just about to start rolling it out when I checked the recipe and! Sugar! How could you forget the Sugar? So I had to hand mix in the sugar which was a mess and took a while. At least the cookies turned out okay!
