maybe use the pb buttercream as a filling so u can still have the pb flavor, and use reg buttercream for frosting the outside of the cake. ![]()
If its the PB flavor you are going for, Lorann has PB flavored oil.
I use Lorann all the time to flavor my BC.
This way you avoid the "brown" from the PB.
Even IF the PB oil has some color to it, its never enough to make a difference in a Red, Pink or Purple colored icing.
