Americans refer to it as All Purpose Flour, in the UK is that Plain or Self-Raising?

Plain, there's no baking powder in AP flour. icon_smile.gif

BTW, if you're trying to make an American recipe... Do you have American measuring cups (which are sized differently than UK or AU measuring cups):
