I would try a little brown or maybe the skin tone color.
I thought maybe the skin tone with a touch of copper??

Thank you so much for your compliments and your suggestions. I decided to go with something cute rather than natural for the bottle nipples. My friend had yellow in her shower decorations, so we decided to use yellow, blue & white ribbon the packages, so I just did the bottle nipples in yellow to match the ribbon. But I have followed those mixing suggestions away for the time when I do need natural. Thanks! You all are soooo awesome!!!

That's ok. I have been so busy this weekend, I didn't have time to check my home email account yet. I am at work right now so when I get home tonight I will try to find time and check my email. I am so busy helping my husband with his homework, and now I realized I have 2 WEEKS to get ready for the shower
