I hope someone can help. I intended on buying tylose powder to make gumpaste but the shop only had Gum Tragacanth.

Would someone be able to tell me the quantities I should use of the Gum Tragacanth and fondant, also if I need to leave it before I can model with it.

You add 1/2 teaspoon to 250g of fondant.
Aine2 has a great tutorial on Youtube. She recommends leaving the fondant for about 12 hours before using it for modelling if you are mixing the fondant with gum trag. If you use cmc/tylose you can use it straight away.
