I need a Burgundy color fondant. I've got Red Fondant to start with, so what color(s) can I add to achieve this. Am I better off starting with white and finding a burgundy food color to add.

Any ideas would be great!

Thanks for your compliments, but I am so far from an expert! I just made burgundy fondant from red for a wedding cake so it was fresh on my mind.
