I'm just starting out with fondant and am trying to learn as much as I can. I'm trying to find more info on using it for decorations vs. covering cakes i.e. best brand, storage tips etc. I've looked at a lot of the tutorials which are great.
I've been looking for books or anything like that. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Farrah

best brand is a matter of taste.

everything else you can learn via youtube and checking the old threads in the archives here on CC.

There are tonnes of books on amazon. You can read the reviews and descriptions to see if they include what you want. I also learned by experimenting and playing with fondant. Of course, youtube and people's blogs plus this site have helped alot .

I am not sure if you have taken the third wilton course. That was all about fondant.

Good luck icon_smile.gif

Thanks for the tips. I haven't been taken a Wilton course because around here they are always on Tues/Thurs and I have school those nights. Oh well...I'll check out amazon and see if I can find anything.
Thanks again. icon_smile.gif
