Just wondering if anyone has tried this? I found it on globalsugarart and am wondering how it compares to satin ice or any other fondant.
Taste? applying/working with it?

Thanks!!

It tastes great. It's actually made with chocolate hence the yummy taste however it is a pretty picky fondant to work with. It's naturally softer than regular fondant and more sensitive to heat. I used straight chocopan in the pink roses cake in my pics and I used 70/30 chocopan Wilton mix on the yellow rose cake. Adding Wilton or Satin ice to chocopan helps stabilize but still maintains the chocolate flavor. I think straight chocopan in the winter is fine but Texas heat makes it too weak in the summer.
