I made the batch ahead of time and broke it up into 3 parts, wrapped them and put them in the fridge. Today (2 days later), it's hard as a rock and no way I can roll this out. What do I do? icon_confused.gif

Apparently, once I let it sit out for a short time, it started to soften up. icon_redface.gif
