Gee I forgot to add the eggs to my pumpkin pie last night and had to dump it out of the crust and mix them in. Dang, I considered it a disaster and after reading op's comment I thought I was going into the Disaster Hall of Fame with her. Now I found out it wasn't a disaster but just an error. :0(

Yep it was made to sell at our local xmas fair, didnt want to take any chances
hi there - what was the texture like - cos i was thinking, if it was a bit dry , it might be suitable for cake balls/pops. I made these once and found them too mushy but perhaps using a cake made without butter might result in a less gooey cake ball. who knows, you could have stumbled on the best way to make these!!
what do you think? could it have worked...
