I used the linguini cutting section this weekend and I'm not quite sure how to clean it. I don't think you're supposed to immerse it in water, but how do I get the bits of fondant out of there?

I clean the roller by inspecting and removing any visible debris, then I take a damp cloth and hold it over the roller while I turn it, then take a dry cloth and do the same thing to dry.

The instructions in my machine say to use a soft brush (like a pastry brush or new paint brush) and brush the debri off. It says DO NOT immerse in water.

To clean the rollers, I take a damp paper towel (with some bleach/water) and run it through, then I take a dry one and run that through.
